The Operator is not held liable for any damages that may be incurred as a consequence of an erroneous decision made by a customs and immigration officer of the destination country subsequent to the boarding of the aircraft or vessel. Furthermore, the operator is not responsible for damages arising from the decision to deny or revoke permission to enter the destination country. The operator's liability is constrained to the amount remitted by the user for the service provided.
